just perfect overall experience. impeccably clean hotel, caring staff, large and absolutely gorgeous room. marvellous and magnificent location so close to the main square. also - so close to the centre of a town, the river and the autobahn.

Location: the hotel was short walk to square, the Helmwartsturm and the center of Andernach. The staff helped us and were really helpful. The room we had included a mini-bar, satellite television, and climate control.

The room was exceptionally clean and gorgeous and included a mini fridge bar, climate control, and a personal safe. A bath in the renovated bathroom was super awesome.

The room was large and included central heating, a flat-screen TV, and a safe box. the bathroom was excellent with bathtubs. the hotel is conveniently located in a central area close to the city center, making it a great base for cycling along the river and exploring the main square.

This hotel is in a great location right off the bike trail and only 50m from the town square. the receptionist was helpful and pleasant. They have secure indoor bike storage and a lift to the rooms. the rooms are clean, bright, and nice. There are plenty of good restaurants within a 4-500m walk. the breakfast options were excellent, with both hot and cold food choices. I will definitely return on another bicycle journey.

Poor internet connection.

This hotel exceeded all of my expectations. The attention to detail was phenomenal, making me feel truly valued as a guest. The staff were exceptionally pleasant, amiable, and went out of their way to be helpful. The location was perfect, close to the town walls and the center, with plenty of nice restaurants nearby. The rooms were spacious and came with great bathrooms. The breakfast was delicious, especially with a steaming pot of coffee.

The hotel offered good breakfast and clean rooms. Additionally, the location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the town center and all the restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the nearby free parking that was available to us as hotel guests.

The Wi-Fi login system was very difficult to use. It took us a lot of time to connect and even then the connection was slow. We were also disappointed that the rooms were quite noisy due to the traffic on the main road outside. our stay was not as comfortable as we had hoped.
