just perfect overall experience. impeccably clean hotel, caring staff, large and absolutely gorgeous room. marvellous and magnificent location so close to the main square. also - so close to the centre of a town, the river and the autobahn.

Truly enjoyed exceptionally clean and gorgeous rooms.
Location: the hotel was short walk to square, the Helmwartsturm and the center of Andernach. The staff helped us and were really helpful. The room we had included a mini-bar, satellite television, and climate control.

A double room with a great bathroom. Excellent location, so close to the main square. Excellent restaurants in the local area. A wide array of food options nearby.

The room was large and included central heating, a flat-screen TV, and a safe box. the bathroom was excellent with bathtubs. the hotel is conveniently located in a central area close to the city center, making it a great base for cycling along the river and exploring the main square.

As young holiday goers, we loved the central location of the hotel, with restaurants and shops within walking distance. The hotel provided fans in each room which was a great relief on a hot day. The breakfast/dining room had a wonderful ambiance and the breakfast itself was very good. The staff, especially one young lady, were friendly, professional, and efficient.
Felt very comfortable, no complaints whatsoever.
